Southscott Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not perform AC repair, furnace repair, maintenance, system installation or any other heating and cooling work.

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Earn Money

Providers or marketing partners may compensate Southscott Heating & Air for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on things such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This compensation does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents or partners of Southscott Heating & Air. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• The equipment it installs and any warranty it offers
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates with you and conducts itself

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about their work. Because of how we are compensated, the provider you reach may depend on which providers take part in the network at that moment.

The Choice Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, get a written estimate and compare other quotes before deciding.

Calls placed through this site may be tracked and sometimes recorded for quality, verification and billing.
