What Southscott Heating & Air Is
Southscott Heating & Air is a referral service for homeowners in the Davenport area. We connect you with independent HVAC providers for AC and furnace work. We do not employ technicians or do repairs.
Why One Request Helps
Say the furnace quits on a weeknight. You could search, call three companies and wait for callbacks. Or you could send one request and let a provider who serves your area reach you. That is the time we try to save.
How It Works
1. You send a request or call. 2. We pass it to an independent provider near you. 3. The provider contacts you and visits if needed. 4. You get a written estimate. 5. You decide.
Records Matter
Photos, model numbers, estimates and invoices make every later step easier, from warranty claims to insurance conversations to selling the house.
Who Does the Work
Providers are independent businesses. They set their prices and are responsible for their work. Ask about licensing, insurance and warranties.
How We Are Paid
Southscott Heating & Air may receive a fee from providers or partners for referrals and calls. It is not a separate charge on your bill.
Reach a local provider
Describe what your furnace or AC is doing. We pass your request to an independent local provider so you can skip the calling around.
